Derby duel to start non-league season
Hednesford Town will make their long-awaited return to competitive action with a derby against Stourbridge at Keys Park.
The Southern Premier Central fixtures have been released, and the Pitmen are hosting the Glassboys on September 19.
Rushall Olympic are getting under way with a long trip to Leiston in Suffolk.
In the Southern Division One Central, Halesowen Town are welcoming Yaxley to The Grove on the opening day. Stafford Rangers begin against Ashton United at Marston Road in the Northern Premier, while Chasetown – in the league’s South East Division – host Frickley Athletic.
Meanwhile, Halesowen’s FA Trophy semi-final against Concord Rangers will take place next Saturday at 3pm.
It is at the Essex side’s home and set to be behind closed doors.
