Hughes lobbed the home goalkeeper for the first goal three minutes before the break.
Kieran Morris headed the second from a corner on 52 minutes.
Hughes chopped the keeper again on 78 minutes and crossed for Ivor Lawton to score the fourth before the end.
Grantham have now conceded 11 goals without reply in two games.
