Colwyn Bay 1 Rushall Olympic 2
Rushall Olympic held off a late surge from Colwyn Bay to run out winners in Wales.
A bright start from Rushall saw Kris Taylor's close-range effort blocked and Jack Duggan's header easily saved.
Carl Palmer also fired over for the visitors within the first couple of minutes of the Evo-Stik Premier clash.
Both goalkeepers made good saves, as Shaun Pearson kept out Luke Benbow's attempt and Dean Coleman produced an outstanding fingertip save to keep out Cory Williams.
Benbow put the Pics 1-0 up on 16 minutes when he converted Alex Reid's cross at the back post to cap off a superb Rushall counter attack.
Rushall had chances to extend their lead before half-time but Benbow headed just wide before Taylor skimmed the bar with a curling effort.
Benbow headed against the bar in the second half but Rushall did double their lead on 67 minutes when Reid nicked in, rounded Pearson and slotted home.
Duggan conceded a penalty which allowed John Marsden to halve the deficit with 10 minutes to play but Rushall held on for the win.
