Dave Hockaday slams cowardly Harriers

Angry Kidderminster Harriers boss Dave Hockaday accused his team of showing "no bravery" as they were dumped out of the FA Cup at Stourbridge.

Harriers, who are yet to win a game this season, slumped to a humiliating 3-0 defeat at the War Memorial Ground.

It ranks among their worst results in recent memory. Hockaday's side were two down inside 15 minutes.

Poor defending and questionable goalkeeping allowed Matt Dodd and former Aggborough favourite Justin Richards to put the hosts, who play two division below the visitors, in complete control.

Chris Lait then put the final nail in the coffin for Harriers, who hit the woodwork through Jordan Jones but otherwise failed to seriously threaten.

A fuming Hockaday said: "It was not good enough, that has to be the watershed moment because we cannot go out and have just maybe three players perform.

"The rest showed no bravery and no match management. We weren't good enough and individual errors may have lead to the first two goals.

"Even when we had chances we couldn't hit the target. I could stand here for hours and go through all the wrong things we did wrong.

"We weren't good enough and I genuinely wish Stourbridge all the best."
