The Glassboys have had heavy coverage and praise recently thanks to glorious runs in the FA Cup and Trophy – but all cup excitement is put aside as the No.9 derby rolls into town.

Hill's Yeltz were unbeaten in the league against their arch-rivals last season but concedes that the clash will be a tough one.

He said: "It's good to see some of our ex-players at Halesowen, and from the days at Tipton Town and Gornal, doing well in Stourbridge's FA Cup run. But it is hard when they're your neighbours. I believe these runs go in cycles and Halesowen's time will come.

"Saturday's game will be very difficult. Are they favourites? Massively. They've beaten Kidderminster twice and put in great performances. But it's derby day. Our players will roll their sleeves up."

The Glassboys will field a 'new' face after bringing Sean Geddes back to the club. The midfielder, who scored 64 goals in 159 games during a three-year spell, left in September 2014 for Worcester City. Both sides are enjoying good seasons in the Northern Premier League, with the Yeltz keen to steal some of their neighbours limelight with Stourbridge having been involved in terrific FA Cup and Trophy adventures this season.
