Scott Hogan departs Aston Villa for Birmingham City
Scott Hogan has left Aston Villa, joining Birmingham City for an undisclosed fee.
The striker spent last season on-loan at St. Andrew's, having impressed for the Championship club having struggled to make an impact at B6.
The 28-year-old netted just 10 goals during his time at Villa Park in 61 appearances following a big money move from Brentford.
Last season he managed seven goals in 18 showings.
He follows former Albion forward Jonathan Leko in sealing a permanent move to Blues, who started their season in style under new boss Aitor Karanka, with a 1-0 won over Brentford.
