Abraham, who is still only 21 years of age, has netted 21 goals for Villa during this campaign, and remains confident that he has the ability to continue the same form with the London side.

Chelsea future

"That's the aim going into next season.

"As a young kid, I've always believed I will play for Chelsea. I always believe that.

"I think I have the ability to. I just have to, when I get the opportunity, grab it with two hands."

Aims with Villa

The Villa forward was heavily linked with a permanent move to Premier League Wolves in the January transfer window, however the move never materialised, and now Abraham is adamant he has business to finish with Dean Smith's side.

"That's the aim going into this summer, it would make a fantastic summer."
