Villa appoint Richard O'Kelly as Dean Smith's assistant
Aston Villa have confirmed Richard O’Kelly has joined the club as assistant head coach to Dean Smith.
O'Kelly has worked alongside Smith for the past six-years with the pair enjoying successful spells at both Walsall and Brentford.
John Terry has also been appointed first-team coach in Villa's new set-up.
