Paul Lambert: Villa were outstanding
Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert was delighted with his sides performance against Liverpool - despite losing a two goal lead.

"It was top drawer," said Lambert, "I thought we were outstanding."
When asked about losing the two goal lead, Lambert said: "We should have been out of sight after that first half.
"But the way we played the game was fantastic. I thought we were brilliant."
Liverpool equalised when Brad Guzan appeared to foul striker Luis Suarez. Lambert said "I thought Brad Guzan pulled his arms away. I don't think it was a penalty."
Villa's win sends them into the top half of the Premier League.
