The Pitmen were knocked out of the prestigious competition by Gainsborough Trinity last weekend, beaten 5-4 on penalties after a thrilling 4-4 draw.

The match was taken to extra-time when Gainsborough completed their comeback from 3-0 down through Will Lancaster's stunning strike. Away supporters were sent into raptures and wild celebrations resulted in some away supporters running onto the pitch.

Furthermore, some Hednesford Town supporters then charged onto the Keys Park surface from the Heath Hayes end, running towards the travelling Gainsborough fans before retreating back to the stands.

The tannoy announcer urged supporters to return to the stands several times.
