Hundreds turn out as Wolves Women overcome Albion
Hundreds of fans turned out to see Wolves Women beat Albion Women 2-0 in their Black Country derby.
Wolves scored the opener courtesy of Tammi George midway into the second half before Amber Hughes doubled their lead in the dying moments in the clash at AFC Wulfrunians in Castlecroft.
A bumper crowd of 656 was in place for the FA Women’s National League Northern Premier clash.
