Aston Villa Women announce triple signing
Aston Villa Women have announced a triple signing as they continue to prepare for the 2019/20 season.
Shania Hayles, Charlotte Greengrass and Natalie Haigh have all linked up with the squad, with each of them featuring for the side in their 5-0 win over Stoke on Sunday.
Hayles re-joins Villa from Birmingham City, whilst Greengrass and Haigh join the club from Leicester and Coventry.
Villa Women's head coach Gemma Davies was delighted with the triple signing.
"These moves represent another step forward for Aston Villa as we continue building a squad capable of challenging for promotion this season." she said.
“Shania and Charlotte are young players with great potential who are desperate to make an impact at first team level.
“Meanwhile, Natalie brings a wealth of experience which will be invaluable to the squad as we progress through the season.”
