Wolves
Wolves are reportedly keen on a move for Porto forward Yacine Brahimi.
The Algerian international is primarily a left winger, but can also play in a central role, and has netted 12 goals this season whilst also registering 10 assists.
It's reported that Newcastle and Everton are also keeping tabs on the forward, who has a year remaining on his current deal.
Meanwhile, Willy Boly's permanent move to Molineux is reportedly close to completion.
The defender has been a key player through Nuno Espirito Santo's title-winning season, but only joined on-loan at the start of the campaign.
Reports in Portugal claim a deal worth €12.5m won't take long to get sorted out, with Wolves keen to seal the move.
West Brom
Darren Moore has been linked with his first transfer target, as reports claim Albion are interested in Fleetwood Town midfielder Kyle Dempsey.
The 22-year-old scored one goal in 51 appearances, also contributing five assists.
Wigan and Bristol City are both reportedly after his signature too.
Daniel Sturridge is reportedly hopeful of leaving Liverpool this summer, following his loan spell at West Brom.
The Englishman failed to make an impact at The Hawthorns, but is reportedly eyeing a move to the Midlands this summer.
The 28-year-old is hoping to draw interest from the likes of Wolves or Aston Villa should the latter gain promotion in the play-offs.
Aston Villa
Steve Bruce is set to sign Sheffield Wednesday youngster Sean Clare when his contract expires this summer, according to reports.
The midfielder is set to depart Hillsborough after reportedly refusing a new deal at the club - having spent the early portion of this season on-loan at League One Gillingham.
Villa have supposedly fought off the likes of Norwich and Preston for the starlet's signature.
Meanwhile, reports in the national press suggest John Terry could consider a move to MLS or China, even if Villa gain promotion.
Terry previously stated he'd stick with Villa should they go up to the top flight.
The former Chelsea and England defender has performed well under Steve Bruce this season, and has been key in their trip to the play-off final, which takes place this Saturday.
Walsall
No fresh Walsall rumours today.
