Wolves

Wolves midfielder Lee Evans is likely to secure a permanent away from the club within the next 24 hours.

The Welshman has spent the first part of this season on-loan at Wigan Athletic, but a permanent move to Sheffield United for a fee reported to be in the region of £750,000 looks set to go ahead.

The midfielder has made 20 League One appearances this season, scoring once.

Reports suggest that Wolves are one team interested in Cambridge United forward Jevani Brown.

The 23-year-old has been in sparkling form this season, getting a number of clubs interested in a potential move.

Middlesbrough, Sheffield Wednesday, Sheffield United, Derby and Barnsley are all thought to have scouted the League Two man.

West Brom

According to reports, Everton have given up any hope of signing West Brom defender Jonny Evans this month.

The centre-back is being linked with moves to Arsenal and Manchester City - although no bids have been made yet.

Everton were not heavily linked with a move for the Baggies skipper, but reports of interest have now been shelved as the Toffees will not be able to compete with top four rivals for his signature.

Meanwhile, on-loan midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak has been linked with a move to Italian giants Roma in reports from the continent, although his agent has talked down the rumour.

The Pole has so far failed to light up the Premier League in a Baggies shirt, after joining on-loan from PSG.

Reports suggest that the French club could have cut his loan spell short at The Hawthorns to send him elsewhere. Getafe are another team reportedly keen on the former Sevilla man.

Aston Villa

Reports claim that Brighton are set to test Aston Villa's resolve to keep Keinan Davis with a £3m bid this month.

The teenage striker has been one of the shock performers for the Villans this season, with Bruce hailing the youngster's impact after coming into the fold at B6.

Villa tied Davis down to a new contract in November, and the club are unlikely to entertain any offer for the youngster given their injury problems up front.

Aston Villa reportedly expect Micah Richards to see out the remainder of his contract at Villa Park.

The defender has had a torrid time with injuries in recent seasons, and is yet to feature for the club this campaign, after being named on the bench in the Carabao Cup loss to Middlesbrough.

However, a move is unlikely given his high wages and injury problems, meaning he may need to see out the remaining 18 months of his deal in the background.

Walsall

There are no fresh Walsall rumours today.
