Britt Assombalonga (AMA)

We're not saying they're true, just that they're out there.

Wolves

Wolves fans are keen on seeing Britt Assombalonga at Molineux, with Nuno Espirito Santo the second favourite to bag his signature.

The Nottingham Forest striker was in fine form last season, linking him with a move away from the City Ground following their struggles.

Middlesbrough lead the chase according to the bookies - although Forest are keen to keep a hold of their prized forward.

Meanwhile, Wolves could see a number of younger players head on-loan to Tamworth this season.

The Lambs are keen on using their local connections to secure signings this summer, with Wolves having done business with them in the past.

Previously, Anthony Breslin and Ash Carter have spent time at the National League North club on-loan.

West Brom

West Brom are reportedly keeping tabs on Norwich City winger, Jacob Murphy.

The Baggies are being joined by Southampton, Crystal Palace and Swansea in their interest - following the 22-year-ols's nine-goal season in the Championship last term.

It's believed that a £7m price tag has been placed on the England U21 international.

One player that Tony Pulis should look at to bolster his back line is Martin Caceres.

The Uruguayan is available as a free agent following a unsuccessful stint with Southampton last season, and has experience with Italian giants, Juventus.

The 30-year-old has a chequered injury history, but given his experience, could be a wise move for Pulis.

Aston Villa

Chelsea legend John Terry will reportedly earn £60,000-per-week should he join Villa this summer.

The figure is somewhat short of what many would expect, with Bournemouth supposedly offering almost double that amount to bring in the former England captain.

Villa are favourites to seal the shock signing, as the centre-back is set to turn down Premier League and Chinese interest to head to B6.

Meanwhile, links between Steve Bruce and Hull City winger Ahmed Elmohamady are refusing to let up.

The Egyptian is able to play in an attacking role or at wing-back and knows Bruce well from his time at the KCOM Stadium.

He's not expected to cost the club too much, despite being under contract with the recently relegated side.

Walsall

Boss Jon Whitney says he is determined to reduce the amount of players Walsall sign on loan.

The Saddlers have had numerous loan players in previous seasons, but Whitney is keen to bring in players permanently in the future.

The likes of Eoghan O'Connell and Scott Laird joined temporarily last season.
