Jamie Harris (61) led Halesowen to victory over Old Elizabethans as they closed the gap on second-placed Pershore to two points.

Fordhouses are 10 points further back after overcoming Sutton Coldfield, thanks in part to an unbeaten 39 from Alex McChristie.

Hawks are just a point behind Fordhouses – Omar Ali hit 112 in their triumph over Wombourne, despite the best effors of Zachary Smith (4-49) and David Hemming (3-45). Kabir Ali then took 3-33 with the ball for Hawks.

Penkridge moved well away from the drop zone with a three-wicket win over Old Hill, who have been relegated to Division Three as a result.

The division’s bottom club scored 214-8 in 50 overs. Highest scorer was Ravi Nagra with 30.

In reply, two former Old Hill players – Attiq Chishti (60no) and Mohammed Ishtiaq (41) – led the Penkridge charge to victory.
