Doody lost on a majority points decision to Din at the Everton Park Sports Centre in Liverpool on Sunday afternoon after three close-run rounds.
The Wednesbury ABC fighter was first defeated by Din on a club show in 2011 and then in the Clubs for Young People championships a few weeks later.
The 21-year-old went on to win the ABA Novices that year but his dreams of a second national title have been dashed by his Sheffield Lane Top ABC rival.
Din, who won the CYPs after beating Doody in 2011, goes on to face Luqmann Patel, from London's Earlsfield ABC, in the 48kg final on Saturday April 20.
