Morgan, who boxes for Lions Amateur Boxing Club in Dudley, made the short trip to Cannock High School to compete yesterday afternoon.
And the 29-year-old was second best with the judges in the 71kg final of Class C, for girls who have had up to five bouts, after the three rounds.
The first two sessions were fairly even with both fighters trading blows, but Sivera stepped up in the last round and that's what won her the fight.
Clean and crisp work won the army opponent the title and left Morgan defeated in their debut year and first fight in the competition, after byes.
