Tipton's Lee Glover has seen his Christmas week contest with former Prizefighter rival Ian Bailey upgraded to a title fight and rescheduled to February.

Glover was due to face Bailey - who, like him, went out of the last Prizefighter in the first round two months ago - in a six-rounder next Tuesday night at Birmingham's Holiday Inn.

But now 'the Tipton Slasher' will take on Bailey in a 10-round fight at Walsall Town Hall on February 25, for the vacant British Masters super bantamweight crown.

The 24-year-old has already held the International Masters belt at featherweight and has been handed the chance to rebound from his first pro defeat with a second title.
