Winger Wallace has been sidelined with a calf problem since the draw at Millwall on February 15 but has been in training for the best part of a week and head coach Mowbray ruled him ready to be in contention to face the Sky Blues.

The 31-year-old scored his first goal of the season under Mowbray in the rout of Portsmouth but was ruled out for eight weeks shortly after with the muscle problem away at The Den against his former club.

Mowbray is optimistic the experienced winger's driven personality and quality will be important for Albion in the final four games of the season, beginning with a huge clash against sixth-placed Coventry where the visitors can climb into the play-off places with a win.

"I think Jed's got a chance of sitting on the bench and seeing whether he can impact the game," Mowbray said of Wallace.
