Star January signing Price, 21, has lit up the early couple of months at The Hawthorns with a series of fine displays and hopes to do likewise with his nation.
Northern Ireland are in friendly action at home to Switzerland, at Windsor Park, and away to Sweden on Friday and next Tuesday respectively, where Price can add to his 18 caps.
Versatile midfielder Price told BBC WM: “It’s two more games and when you’re playing internationals you’re playing against the best players for those countries so they’re always going to be tough games.
“It’s about learning really. I’ll probably play a different position for Northern Ireland than what I do here – we’ve got a lot of right-backs with Northern Ireland, so I won’t be playing there!
“You learn from these players as well – when you come up against good opposition, you can always take note, even when you’re playing against them, of what they do well.
“That’s what every young player should do. It’s not always about being the best player on the pitch every week, but if you can take little parts from people’s games, and take it into your game, it will help.”
Price has already played in a range of positions for Albion but feels he is most at home as a box-to-box midfielder, in modern terms 'a number eight'. The former Standard Liege and Everton youngster has already become a firm favourite at The Hawthorns.
He has played in a more attacking midfield role, on the right side of midfield, as a right wing-back last week against Burnley and, most recently, right-back against Hull.
It was in his deepest role against the Tigers last time out that Price netted his first Albion goal, a fine volley from the edge of the penalty area. It was one of three or four chances to score from openings in playing an attacking full-back role with Darnell Furlong suspended.
Price has been in good goalscoring form for his nation and has bagged six goals in his 18 caps, including a hat-trick in the 5-0 rout of Bulgaria in October.
“I love playing international football – we’ve got two games against top nations so it’s another opportunity to prove as a nation how good we are," he said.
“I think we’ve got some really up and coming players and so we will go into them looking to beat both sides. They’ve both got big names but we won’t fear them."
