Tony Mowbray's side head into the clash on a run of five games unbeaten - with their latest result coming in the form of a draw at Burnley on Tuesday night.
Mowbray faced selection issues ahead of that game, with a handful of players unavailable. He is set to be bolstered by the the return of certain personnel on Saturday.
Darnell Furlong - suspended
The full back missed Tuesday's draw at Burnley, after his appeal for his red card against QPR was turned down.
It was a big blow for Albion - with Furlong still having two games remaining of a three match ban. Saturday will be his second game, with the full back also missing the trip to Norwich after the international break.
Tammer Bany - injured
The January signing, who is yet to start a game, picked up a groin injury in training and missed the trip to Burnley.
Mowbray has confirmed he will be out of action for seven to ten days - which means he may be back in time for Albion's first game after the break.
Tom Fellows - returns
The flying winger was left out of the squad on Tuesday, due to a bereavement in his family.
At his press conference on Thursday, Mowbray confirmed the league's leading assister will be back in contention on Saturday.
Kyle Bartley - returns
It is well known that Bartley needs to be managed through three game weeks - and that is why he was left out against Burnley.
The Baggies stand in skipper is a key cog in Mowbray's side, and wasn't risked in midweek even though the Baggies boss said he could have played.
He had suffered swelling in his knee, but after being managed this week he will be back in contention.
Josh Maja - out
The Baggies forward is still out with an ankle injury - but it is hoped he will return before the end of the campaign.
Semi Ajayi - out
The defender picked up a hamstring injury on his return to the Baggies squad - but has been side lined with several weeks with a hamstring problem.
Like Maja, it is thought he could return before the end of the season.
Jed Wallace - out
The Baggies captain is still on the side lines with a calf injury. At the time of the injury, it was reported he would be out for 'several weeks'.
