Tony Mowbray's men tackle Hull City, who are fighting to avoid the drop, in what is a very different contest to that of Turf Moor.
Mowbray did warn, though, that Ruben Selles' Tigers will come to attack and look to hurt the Baggies, rather than be satisfied to defend deep and frustrate as many do.
It is believed - and Mowbray has made it pretty clear - Joe Wildsmith will continue in goal despite his error in midweek and calls from some supporters for Josh Griffiths to be handed a chance.
Taking the opposition and emphasis on Albion to win at home, it is highly likely Mowbray moves back away from the unfamiliar five-man defence used in Lancashire for the midweek draw.
I suspect we will see Mowbray's more familiar back four in the return home. Right-back Darnell Furlong is once again suspended but Kyle Bartley will be fit after the head coach's positive update in yesterday's press conference. Mason Holgate is likely to continue in Furlong's place.
The likelihood is Ousmane Diakite, the midfielder who impressed so much in the central defensive three on Tuesday, will miss out. Hull at home is not the fixture Albion need a battling Diakite in the middle of the park.
