The Saddlers have seen their lead at the summit cut down to just two points but remain 10 above Notts County in fourth spot.
They have hit a rocky patch of late, prompting some fans to call for changes to the XI, but Sadler insists he has full trust in his players and that continuity is the key to success.
"I suppose it remains to be seen," Sadler responded when asked if he'll rotate his team. "We've got a really good squad of players, who've done really well with the team being consistent.
"For me personally, I think that's what brings success. The best teams I ever played in were consistent in the way that we did things.
"It's important that everyone is ready, it's important that everyone is good to go and it's important that we have a lot of options for different scenarios.

"But I also don't want to make changes for the sake of making changes. I'm not that person and I also trust and respect every guy that has done so well for us.
"The beauty is we've got the option to do that."
