Albion are going to have to do something no other side in the Championship has so far done this season - with Leeds currently unbeaten this campaign.
Mowbray spoke last week about finding the right balance in games, in terms of selecting different sides for different opposition.
He hinted that changes will be made, as they won't be dominating the ball as they were in the home victory over Oxford United last week.
For me, Mowbray will almost certainly bring Kyle Bartley have into the mix, as he returns from a third match ban to replace the injured Semi Ajayi at the heart of defence.
The other change will come in midfield, with Ousmane Diakite tipped for a recall.
Last week Albion's midfield had a grip on the game throughout, but it won't be the case this week. Against the deadly leaders, Albion can't afford to be open, and adding Diakite in the middle of Jayson Molumby and Alex Mowatt could really be key.
