The Baggies made it 10 points secured from a possible 21 under Mowbray with a third win by seeing off lowly Oxford 2-0 at The Hawthorns on Saturday.

The returning boss, 61, has outlined the "process" on his hands to change the squad's mindset to a more attacking one but feels the buy-in of his players despite few training sessions in his month or so at the helm so far.

"They're starting to enjoy it, the evidence is there, we can see the identity of the team we're trying to build," Mowbray said.

"I'd be lucky if I've had a dozen training sessions because of the double-week games. You can't just flick a switch and they become the team you want.
