Matheus Pereira is a player who has long been linked with a move back to Europe, following his successful two years spell with Albion.
The 28-year-old playmaker became a firm fans favourite during his time at Albion, after his dazzling displays and memorable goals helped Albion to win promotion in the 2019/20 season.
He signed permanently for the club as they prepared for life in the Premier League - but despite netting double figures in terms of goals, he couldn't prevent the club from being relegated.
Unsurprisingly, the Brazilian left, moving to Saudi Arabian side Al Hilal.
The playmaker is currently at Brazilian side Cruzeiro, but he could soon be on the move again.
According to reports in Brazil, Pereira has expressed his desire to return to Europe before the end of the transfer window in his home country.
It comes as Russian side Zenit have tabled a £15m bid for the forward.
The bid from Russian comes on the back of the playmaker scoring eleven goals last season in Brazil.
