The Baggies boss spoke with his side in the wake of a 1-1 draw at Millwall, in which the visitors required late saves to preserve a point, and said the players want to become a side "expected to win games".

Both goals at The Den came in the opening 25 minutes as towering defender Jake Cooper's headed opener was cancelled out by a Joe Bryan own goal.

Albion were strong in the remainder of the first period but it was Alex Neil's hosts who had more of the second half and Baggies goalkeeper Joe Wildsmith had to make a string of solid stops as the visitors defended well to see out the point.

Mowbray said: "It was alright, I just said to the team, somewhere down the line, somewhere in the distance we have to come here and not be satisfied with a fighting point.

"We have to dominate better, we have to control better, better at playing through the opposition.
