Duran, who had been linked with a move away from Villa in recent transfer windows, made a £65m move to Saudi Arabian side Al Nassr in the January transfer window.
The Columbian was offered a lucrative contract and became the latest Premier League player to make the switch to the Saudi Pro League.
Duran, who signed for Villa from Chicago Fire in January 2023, had netted ten goals this season before his move to Saudi.
And he has made an instant impact in front of goal for his new side.
The forward, who is featuring alongside the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Sadio Mane and Aymeric Laporte for the Saudi Pro League side - has netted four goals in his first two games.
And this week he continued his blistering form with two goals in a victory over Al-Hilal.
Speaking after his first game at Al Nassar, the forward described how he feels like he has been playing the computer game, FIFA, since his arrival at the club.
He said: "It feels like I'm playing FIFA Career Mode. I'm celebrating goals with Cristiano Ronaldo!"
His move to Saudi Arabia comes after West Ham had a bid turned down for the forward.
In recent days, reports have also emerged claiming Arsenal and Chelsea had both enquired about a possible move for Duran.
