Jayson Molumby was the last-gasp goal hero deep into stoppage time after it had appeared the Owls had snatched a point in time added on.

Albion correspondent Lewis Cox rates the Baggies performances out of 10.

Joe Wildsmith

Given the nod between the sticks against his boyhood club. One good first half save and one tremendous late save prior to equaliser. Maybe could have done better for equaliser, but overall solid and confident.

Solid 7

Darnell Furlong

A more uncomfortable afternoon for the right-back. Did OK on the overlap without a natural wide winger in front of him but bigger struggle was defensively as Gassama caused issues.

Stretched 6

Kyle Bartley

Returned to the backline after more than a month since his last performance and was really dominant as has come to be expected. Made a big difference. Real shame and frustration he got involved and was sent off after full-time. Should know better.

Silly 5

Torbjorn Heggem

One of his best performances for a number of weeks and no surprise it came with Bartley back alongside him. Read the game, covered, did everything asked of him and more.
