Dan McNamara's side sit two points clear of Nottingham Forest, but have played a game more than their Midlands opponents.
Fresh from a 4-0 win over Derby, McNamara insists his side will need to be focused and at their best to beat fourth-placed Rugby.
“It’s going to be a really tough game, very tough," the head coach said.
“They are a great side, they’ve got really good players and some great members of staff.
“It’s really important that we are on it so we need to make sure that we are ready.
“They will want to avenge to what happened when we last played them.
“However, we have got to go there full of confidence. That’s 10/11 league games on the bounce now where we haven’t lost.
“We are up there in the table and mixing it with the best for a reason.
“We have to make sure we are doing that to give ourselves the best opportunity to continue this great form and see where the rest of the season takes us.
“It’s another chance for three points and Rugby Borough still want to win this league.
“They will still believe they can, they’ve still got to play Nottingham Forest, they’ve got to play us and they’ve got to play Burnley twice.
“So we have to make sure we are ready for what comes out of their dressing room which will be; hunger, desire, determination, running because they will want to avenge what happened when we hosted them.”
The boss is also pleased to have a number of talented players to choose from as he aims to maintain their momentum.
“It’s a good problem to have, but the girls are all pulling in the same direction," McNamara added.
“They are all driving the standards each week, they are working hard.
“Summer Holmes is ready to come back in and play but the girls are at the top of the league, so they are obviously doing something right and the group clicks.
“People have got to stay patient and keep playing their part.”
