Salford City confident of recovering from recent setbacks ahead of Walsall trip
Karl Robinson expects Walsall to come out fighting following successive defeats when his Salford City side travel to the League Two leaders tomorrow.
Salford dropped out of the play-off spots after mustering a single point from their past three games in the fourth-tier, which included back-to-back defeats against Fleetwood Town and Cheltenham Town respectively.
The Red Devils had propelled themselves into the automatic promotion places just after the turn of the year following a run of six successive wins without conceding.
And Robinson is confident that his side are fully capable of rediscovering their form after their recent setbacks.
He said: "We know we're going to play the league leaders away from home on Saturday.
"People say they're going through a bad time. When you're top of the league, you find your way out of those times very quickly.
"We've not just got an injury crisis but suspensions too. Whatever it takes. It's a long season and there is always going to be a little wobble along the way.
"But we've got to find a way and if we come back and start finding our form again, there's nothing that this team can't do.
"When those players get back fit, we'll be a much better team."
Salford will be without Tyrese Fornah following his sending off in Tuesday's 1-1 draw against Newport County at the Peninsula Stadium.
Kelly Nmai is expected to miss the remainder of the season after requiring knee surgery while midfielder Ossama Ashley is side lined with a calf issue.
24-year-old Ashley had missed the past two games after playing a key role under Robinson this term and is set to miss the next "six to eight weeks".
The pair join a lengthy injury list which already includes Ben Woodburn, Dan Chesters and Josh Austerfield.
