The Baggies are in the window to recruit at least another centre-forward option to provide cover and competition due to injuries and a lack of alternatives.

Albion last week confirmed the first signing of the month, midfielder Isaac Price, 21, on a £2.5million deal from Standard Liege in Belgium.

Options at the top end of the pitch are slim for new boss Mowbray, but the returning head coach made a mockery of a struggles for goals this term in Saturday's 5-1 win over Portsmouth, in which Jed Wallace and Grady Diangana led the line.
