Wolves make bid for Austrian defender

The club have kept a close eye on the 26-year-old for some time and considered a move for him in the summer, but are now reigniting their interest in the hope of getting a deal done before the transfer window closes on February 3.
Wolves have now made a £16million bid for the Lens defender, as they push to bolster their back line and bring him in before the West Midlands derby clash against Villa at the weekend.
Wolves' only previous signing this month was centre-back Emmanuel Agbadou, who arrived in a £15million deal from Reims.
