Lowe, who was recalled by the Potters on Sunday night, took just nine minutes to get off the mark against West Brom at the Hawthorns.
Grady Diangana equalised in the 62nd-minute to earn the Baggies a point as Lowe played 84 minutes on his first Championship start.
The 19-year-old netted 18 goals and set-up seven more in 30 matches across all competitions and Sadler is hopeful he can continue to kick on at the Bet365 Stadium.
Boss Sadler said: "Absolutely delighted for Nathan. I'll text him later because he deserves that. I hope he goes on and does what we all think he can.
"I made the point of saying, please send Nathan messages to let him know we're thinking of him and we're happy for him but we've got our jobs to do.
"There was certainly no avoid the fact that he had gone but we just carry on. We know what a team we've got and what a spirit we've got."
Walsall started life without Lowe with a 4-2 victory over MK Dons at Bescot to extend their club record winning streak to nine matches.
David Okagbue, Liam Gordon, Harry Williams and Albert Adomah got on the score sheet to help maintain the Saddlers' 12-point lead at the League Two summit.
