Walsall, who boast a 12-point lead at the League Two summit, have 13 players out of contract in the summer, with Sadler recently stating that the club are "working hard" to negotiate new deals for a number of players.

And when asked if he anticipates any further outgoings before the window slams shut, the Walsall boss was adamant in his response.

He said: "We will keep the squad together. 100 per cent, there's no doubt about that.

"We've had lots of interest and we've had lots of bids but we're not doing anything and everyone will be staying with us."

According to journalist Peter O'Rourke, Walsall have 'rejected two bids' from League One side Wycombe Wanderers for midfielder Jamie Jellis, while defender Harry Williams has also attracted interest from elsewhere.

Walsall have the option to extend Jellis' deal by a further year in the summer although Williams has entered the final six months of his current deal.

The Express & Star reported last week that Williams is "happy" at Walsall, with the defender and his representatives hopeful of reaching an agreement over a new contract in the coming months.

When asked about the reports surrounding Jellis' future, Sadler said: "It might've been. Jamie is rightfully being sought after by other clubs because he's having a fantastic season, but as I say, everyone will be staying together."
