Walsall have the option of extending deals for Evan Weir, Rico Browne and Jamie Jellis by another year, but still have a further 13 players out of contract in the summer.
Sam Hornby, Oisin McEntee, Harry Williams, Donervon Daniels, Priestley Farquharson, Liam Gordon, Ryan Stirk, Jack Earing, Ronan Maher, Albert Adomah, Danny Johnson, Jamille Matt and Douglas James-Taylor are all yet to put pen to paper on new deals beyond this summer.
With the likes of Williams and Jellis receiving 'reported interest' from elsewhere, Walsall fans are eager to see Sadler secure the futures of a number of key players.
And the Walsall boss reassured that there are plenty of conversations going on in the background as he looks to build for the future.
He said: "We're always working on all of these guys. I constantly speak about how we're building so I don't leave any stone unturned in trying to continue that build process.
"We'll keep doing it and we'll keep working really hard. What's also difficult is that there are just so many games so we really are up against it at times because of the amount of games.
"I don't want to detract anyone's attentions from that as well. But all the guys that my mention, loads of others as well, we're working as we would do to secure our future together.
"But somethings take longer than others so we'll keep working."
