Sadler guided Walsall to victory in each of their six games last month before his side came from behind to equal a club record seven successive league wins at Notts County on New Year's Day.
Lowe found the net five times in six games over the course of December including both goals in a 2-0 win over Newport County in the final game of 2024.
He opened 2025 with an 82nd-minute winner at Notts County to extend his season tally to 17 across all competitions, with 14 in the league.
The teenager, who is on loan from Championship outfit Stoke City, currently leads the way in the race for the League Two golden boot, with Bromley's Michael Cheek trailing behind on 13.
And Sadler feels both awards are a team effort but added that his eyes are on the prize at the end of the season.
He said: "A lot of hard work from our guys. The staff and the players have been an unbelievable amount of work into the month.
"A lot of sacrifice particularly in December with there being a lot games over that time period. To come through that in the way that we have, I have a real pride in everyone and I thank all of them for that.
"There's still a lot of work to do and the one I want to win is the one at the end of it. It's great but I want more."
The Saddlers have made their best start to a league season in 65 years and sit 10 points clear at the League Two summit at the midway point of the campaign.
