Swansea's last-gasp equaliser in south Wales on Saturday meant the managerless visitors had to make do with sharing the spoils.
A point saw Albion end a busy period of five games in 14 days, amid which Carlos Corberan departed early on, with eight points from a possible 15.
We address some of the Swansea talking points in the debrief.
Frustrating numbers
A 13th draw from 26 Championship fixtures so far has Albion on track to equal the Football League record. Three clubs have previously managed 23 draws over 46 league games though one other, Norwich in 1978/79, went further with 23 draws in 42 games.
It is not a record a frustrated Albion will want to chase.
It is the sixth time this season - all within the last couple of months - the Baggies have relinquished leads in games. These all ended in draws meaning 12 points have fallen by the wayside.
