The new head coach started with back-to-back wins before Sunday's last-gasp draw with Spurs saw Wolves end the year in fine form.
Doyle, who is yet to start for Pereira but has been used off the bench in all three games, says the squad all feel 'part' of the plan and the new boss is bringing the right passion to the group.
"It's just about getting the best out of each and every player in your squad," Doyle told the Express & Star.
"It's not just 11 players now, it's a squad and everyone feels part of it.
"There were changes made and I'm sure there will be changes for the next game and the game after that. Everybody can play, which is a good thing.
"It's not just one set team. Everybody is pushing for places, as am I myself. It feels really good at this moment in time.
