It has been a superb festive period for his side, and to have taken seven points from nine since he came in at Molineux is brilliant.
All of a sudden, the place has a very different feel to it. Wolves are out of the bottom three and going into games thinking they can win them with the way they are set up.
That is down to the manager. Firstly for motivating the players in the right way, but then also setting them up well tactically - that is where I have seen the biggest difference.
