Wolves head coach on the special 'connection' his side needs

The away end chanted against chairman Jeff Shi but fully backed the players and new head coach, as the team picked up a priceless win at Leicester.

Pereira's name was sung throughout the game and he was given a warm reception at full-time, and the head coach says that 'connection' will be vital.

"It's a fantastic feeling," Pereira said when asked about the fans chanting his name.

"I told the players before the game, 'at the end of the game we need to be proud about our game, what we did on the pitch and we need to make our supporters proud also'.

"This connection is important for us because we cannot win alone, we need them to help us.

"This is the moment to thank the supporters."

"It's a fantastic feeling," he added when asked about Wolves' goals.
