I hope they look after Pereira in January and give him the money that Gary O'Neil never had, in order to strengthen the side.

There is plenty to fix and he needs to pick up the pieces, which is not an easy job.

But we're nowhere near relegated yet, we have enough in the squad to get out of this mess and it probably needed a fresh face to give the lads a lift.
