Dudley Town win while Brocton and Lichfield City draw

Dudley Town's 5-2 win at Tividale helps them pull away from the bottom of the Midland Football League Premier Division.

Matty Lovatt's side travelled to Tividale and registered back-to-back victories, which has seen them rise to 13th in the 18-team division. 

Goals from Ethan Muckley, Matthew Mark Funge, Alex Perry and substitute Brad Mansell saw them over the line. For Tividale, they are 16th having taken 11 points from their 18 games. 

At the other end of the table, there was a four-goal thriller as first-placed Lichfield City travelled to Brocton, who are second in the League. 

Brocton led twice in the match, first through Will Whieldon, only for an own goal five minutes after the break to draw the scores level. 

Reg Smith helped Brocton regain the lead, but James Wilcock scored 15 minutes from time to ensure the points were shared. 

AFC Wulfrunians got their sixth win over the season with a 1-0 victory over OJM Black Country.

Kai Houlihans got the all-important goal in the first half.

Stone Old Alleynians drew 1-1 with Uttoxeter on Friday night while Wolverhampton Casuals' game against Highgate United was postponed. 

In Division One, Bilston Town drew 1-1 away at Ingles. Colin Smith gave Bilston the lead in the first half before Cameron Smith levelled it up for Ingles just past the half-hour mark. 

Cradley Town are seventh in the league, and they beat ninth-placed Coventry Copsewood 2-1. 

Joe Fitzpatrick and Jack Till managed to get themselves on the scoresheet for Cradley. 

Gornal Athletic were on the end receiving end of a stoppage winner against  Kirby Muxloe. 

It was 1-1 heading into the closing stages as Gornal's Nathan Weird and Muxloe's Lucca Watson-Quilter had cancelled each other out. But Watson-Quilter had other ideas as he scored the winner in the first minute of stoppage time. 

Muxloe are fourth whereas Gornal are comfortably in mid-table. Smethwick Rangers are sixth in the league, but they were hammered 5-0 at second-placed Cotton Green. 

Luke Charles Keen scored a hat-trick for the home side while James Henry and Corey Powell also got on the scoresheet. 

Wednesfield Sporting Community are having a tough season, and they lost for the 19th time against Lutterworth. Kaireice Alexander Cunningham scored in the sixth minute before Alfie Taylor added a second with 25 minutes remaining. 

In the North West Counties League Division One South, Wolverhampton Sporting Community lost 3-2 at home to Cheadle Heath Nomads. 

Wolverhampton had led through Mitch Lawley's goal in the seventh minute only for Edson Cata to equalise midway through the first period. Cata then added a second to give Cheadle the lead in first-half stoppage time. 

Wolverhampton would have thought they had done enough to snatch a point when Zaki Kamali scored a late penalty eight minutes from time. 

But Cheadle would not be denied, and Alex May scored the winner just four minutes later. Eccleshall's game against Cammell Laird 1907 was postponed. Stafford Rangers remain top of the league despite not having a game at the weekend.
