A number of erratic mistakes has condemned Wolves to 10 defeats this season and 10 goals conceded in their last three losses.

Despite putting in an improved performance against West Ham, Wolves still struggled from set pieces as they were beaten at the London Stadium.

Ipswich arrive at Molineux tomorrow in a huge relegation clash, with both teams on nine points and in the bottom three, and O'Neil needs his side to cut out the mistakes to get back to winning ways.

"There's always options and things you can do better," O'Neil said when asked if he had exhausted all options in trying to fix the defensive issues.
