Styles was one of the Baggies' summer buys as the versatile player was brought in for an undisclosed fee on a four-year deal from League One outfit Barnsley.

The Hungary international, who sees himself as a midfielder but has predominantly been used at left-back, had to bide his time for regular Albion action but has taken his chances in recent weeks as Corberan noted improvement with every performance.

"I love to have Styles with me," Corberan told the Express & Star. "We bring him in to develop him as a left-back because I know he has played as a wing-back, but Styles is a midfielder that someone has changed his position.

"His mentality is a midfielder. He is a player that loves to play inside in attack. He understands the game so you can put him to defend wherever you want.
