It was reported by Spanish outlet Relevo on Friday morning that The Hawthorns head coach had been listed as Wolves' top target to replace Gary O'Neil.
O'Neil's role of head coach at Molineux is under intense scrutiny, though he is set to take charge of Wolves' clash away at fellow strugglers West Ham on Monday night.
The report claimed Corberan is top of the Wolves list of candidates should they replace O'Neil in the wake of another defeat in the capital.
Albion boss Corberan did not address questions about the links between himself and Wolves directly, instead insisting his focus was on the clash against the Blades, who head into this weekend's round of Championship fixtures top of the pile.
"I came here just to be focused on giving you answers to questions on the game we are going to play against Sheffield United," Corberan said on Friday afternoon's press conference.
"For me, it's a very important game and all of my concentration is on this. I just want to give answers related with this topic.
"We are playing one game on Sunday that is very, very important for us. We are preparing well because we know Sheffield United are a team who are competing at a very high level. Right now, they're the best team in the league, even without the points deduction. All of my concentration and focus is on this."
It is understood there remains Premier League admirers of Corberan despite Albion's stuttering form over the last couple of months. The Spaniard has a reputation as a top coach and has worked well under restrictions at The Hawthorns.
He is also known for his organisation skills and making teams tough to beat. While down in seventh, the Baggies have only been beaten twice in the Championship this term.
Corberan has been constantly linked with a move away from The Hawthorns during his more than two years at the club.
He was initially linked with a return to Leeds, where he was assistant boss and under-23s head coach, prior to signing a contract extension in February 2023. Speculation with Leeds has since continued at varying stages.
The Albion chief has also been touted with interest from Burnley, Everton and most recently Leicester, who went on to appoint Ruud van Nistelrooy. It was said the Foxes did not wish to pay Corberan's release clause at The Hawthorns, which is believed to be north of £3million.
Corberan added: "I am a little bit far from any type of rumour or speculation or talks. I have learned the best way to make my job is to be focused in my job. The best way to do things is to focus on the things that I can control."
The Albion head coach has struggled to guide his side to wins of late. The Baggies go into Sunday's clash against Chris Wilder's Blades with just one win in the last 12 games - though a remarkable nine of the last 10 fixtures have finished as a draw.
