Diangana has started just five - and been a substitute in seven more - of Albion's 17 Championship fixtures this season with several injuries taking their toll.
The 26-year-old missed recent draws against Norwich and Sunderland with complaints of calf discomfort, though scans showed no injury. Corberan suggested the attacker is feeling extra caution due to a more serious calf injury in the summer that heavily disrupted his pre-season.
Diangana has since missed spells with two separate shoulder injuries, which have broken up any chance of momentum or consistency. Corberan stressed Diangana is one of his squad's most talented players and that his influence last season was a key factor in a top-six finish.
