Aston Villa's injury problems mount up ahead of Crystal Palace clash
Amadou Onana and Ezri Konsa could return for Aston Villa's Champions League game against Juventus on Wednesday, says Unai Emery.
Konsa came off at half-time during England's clash against Greece last week suffering from a hip injury, while Onana has a foot problem he sustained while playing for Belgium.
Emery confirmed the duo have been ruled out of Villa's Premier League clash against Oliver Glasner's Crystal Palace side but revealed they are just minor problems.
"They have small injuries," the Villa manager said about his players. "They have to rest and recover. Each day is important. Maybe they could come back for the next match, but I have to focus on the players we have now.
"We are going to try to feel confident with the players we have in the squad, trying to be ready when the opportunity to play is coming for them."
Emery also revealed Boubacar Kamara and Jacob Ramsey are not available for the clash against Palace - they are both suffering from hamstring injuries.
The Aston Villa head coach did reveal that Matty Cash and Ross Barkley, who had both been injury doubts in the lead-up to the game, are fit to play.
Villa head into the game on the back of two consecutive Premier League losses.
Before the international break, they were beaten by top-of-the-table Liverpool and comfortably beaten 4-1 at Tottenham.
Villa have a huge Champions League fixtures on Wednesday night at Villa Park - they welcome Juventus - who before the weekend were sixth in Serie A.
