The Baggies face 11 league fixtures between Saturday's visit of Norwich and January 4, after which action pauses for the FA Cup.
Corberan typically breaks a season into chunks and has calculated that Albion have just three fixtures where there is a free week of training in the build up.
As a result, Albion's squad had the best part of the first half of the international break - last week - off as recovery and a break as the head coach heeded the advice of his physical and medical staff.
Some of the squad used the period as an opportunity to get away either in the UK or overseas, while a handful of others were selected for international duty. Jayson Molumby, Mikey Johnston, Torbjorn Heggem and Mason Holgate - who was sent off in Jamaica's first fixture - returned unscathed from trips with their nations.
The few days before the break were also challenging for the Baggies as Corberan bemoaned the schedule of a Thursday night and Sunday lunchtime fixture for his troops.
"We had to use the international break properly according to the period we had - a demanding week before the break," Corberan said.
